Make a donation.

SunSnow Event Company is looking for financial support and will be grateful to accept any monetary or in-kind donation for this upcoming summer of 2025. Anything and everything is so appreciated.

We plan on gathering in-kind donations in order to host a raffle on two out of the 4 concerts for the Music In The Park concert series. If a financial donation is not in the cards, we would appreciate raffle donations in the form of a gift card, coupon for services, products, gift baskets, etc. - thank you! Please contact kree@sunsnowevents.org to coordinate.

Why Are We Asking for Donations and Sponsors?

At SunSnow Event Co., we’re committed to creating events that bring the South Lake Tahoe community together, support local businesses, and celebrate the spirit of the region. As a non-profit organization, we rely on community support to make these experiences possible and continue growing our lineup of vibrant, family-friendly events.

This year, we’re excited to host the third season of our Music in the Park concert series, a summer highlight for locals and visitors. From band payments and sound equipment to security and event logistics, we cover all costs necessary to keep this free, live music experience running smoothly and safely.

We’ve also expanded our reach with the addition of a second farmers market—Ski Run Farmers Market on Fridays—offering more opportunities for the community to enjoy fresh, locally grown produce, baked goods, flowers, arts, crafts, and more. Both our markets provide a vital platform for farmers, artisans, and small businesses while offering locals and tourists access to sustainable, high-quality goods.

Additionally, sponsorships and donations will help support our Second Annual Meyers Mountain Fall Festival—an event that celebrates the beauty of autumn in the mountains. Featuring a pumpkin patch, beer garden, live music, pie-eating contests, kids’ activities, local vendors, and more, this festival has quickly become a cherished seasonal gathering for the community.

Your support helps us cover event costs such as:

  • Venue rentals, permits, and equipment

  • Marketing and outreach to increase community engagement

  • Security and safety measures for family-friendly experiences

  • Compensation for local musicians and regional bands

  • Community-driven contests, kids’ activities, and sustainable event initiatives

With your help, we can continue to grow and improve these events, fostering stronger connections and creating memorable experiences for all. Join us in keeping South Lake Tahoe a place where community thrives and traditions are made!
